Your initial consultation is free. 

Any changes made within 2 weeks of the event date will result in an additional charge.

Any cancellations within 2 weeks of the event date will see a refund of the balance paid minus the initial deposit.

All balances are due within 3 weeks of the event date.

All deliveries are subject to a delivery charge after the first 20 miles of $1 per mile, one way.  Set up and arrangement is free.  Special on-site decorations, such as fresh flowers, are included at no charge if provided and previously agreed upon.

Special cake stands, separators, et cetera are available with for rental fee and a  refundable deposit.  All rentable items are due back within 36 hours after the event unless other arrangements are made at which time 50% of the rental deposit will be refunded.  All items must be returned in the same condition as they were received - like new.  All broken, partial pieces or non-returned items will result in loss of the total deposit.
